The owner of VILLA Real Estate challenged us to give this old dilapidated building in Corona Del Mar a fresh look. We stripped the exterior of the building, demolished major structural walls and flooring, and refaced the building with a modern brick fascia and imported materials to offer the building’s tenants and it’s community a wonderful design.
