What was once an old rectangular brink lined build is now a modern architecture masterpiece. The owner of this building challenged us with creating an exterior design that would separate this building from all others on its street—and we did exactly that.

We stripped the exterior, installed al new steel beams and created the curved floating feature wall with a window to give this building its unique look. Inside the building, we constructed unique architectural angles to give the lobby a modern feel. Then we replaced all of the glass in the building with this azure tempered glass and re-landscaped the entire property with drought tolerant trees and foliage.
