Our friends at LBA Realty challenged us with remodeling their old central water fountain, and create a modern look that would coincide with the redevelopment of the Park Place property, while at the same time, offer its tenants and guest a peaceful place to enjoy lunch, coffee or break in their day.

After demolishing the previous waterfall, setting all new steel and pouring a new concrete surface throughout, we faces the new water feature with a Japanese tile that offered a subtle ripple as the water spills over the top of the fall. The base pool was drained, resurfaced, and filled with a Mexican pebble stone to compliment the property landscape and bring out the natural beauty of the fountain.
